This individual promoter by the name of Lake Cunningham approaches women in clubs and convinces you to have him throw you a birthday party (this is my story). He promises at least 3 bottles and a guaranteed table free of charge to you and all your girlfriends. His whole pitch is that he has the power to do that because he's a huge promoter and because he really likes you hes going to go out of his way to sponsor your birthday.
Long story short, I show up to the club with an entourage of people ready to pop bottles, we get there and the bouncers dont even know who Lake Cunninham is! Mind you we're on his "guest list". This guest list doesn't even exist! We end up all paying to get in and at that point we see Lake and he leads us to the table and claims he's headed to the back to bring out our bottles. A few mins go buy and no bottles an no Lake in sight. Come to find out he LEFT.in the end he set us up. We were placed at a table that wasn't even ours standing around waiting for our drinks that never came. I walked all over the club to look for him, of course he was no where in sight. I called I texted and his response was "brb". We pretty much got set up to come in and fill up the club so he can make money. There was never a birthday party planned. The waitress at the club wasnt even aware that that table was reserved for a birthday party. He has no pull in any of the clubs he promotes. Spare yourself from the humiliation I went through in front of everyone... If you want to order bottles or a table go thru the club directly. He has no free packages or power to make anything happen. Hes a poser, a complete scammer and very rude individual. I guess nothing in life is free! I still haven't heard from Lake Cunningham...
