Agree with Stephanie32444 who filed a report about being unfairly banned from Casinomeister.com.
I was a member for years in good standing and because I posted on another forum site that I was being verbally attacked and called a liar by a handful of members I was not happy with the forum and wondered if anyone that was or still is a member of casinomeister.com forum felt the same way.
Also, when I recently was attaked and verbal abused by several members that disagreed with me that there is a difference for between filing a dispute with your bank over debit card charges and a bank charge back of transactions.
I tried over and over to make it clear that you have a legal right to dispute a charge with your bank. The bank then contacts the company that submitted the charges and allows them anywhere between 30-90 days to respond to the dispute.
After receiving their response, the bank decides with the customer should be credited the amount and the transaction/amount "charged-back" to the company or whther to rule in favor of the company and not allow the amount to be "charged-back".
I also tried to explain that some banks will temporarily credit the customers account upon receiving the customers dispute and that the bank requires the customer to sign a document that states the customer has attempted to rectify the problem with the company before filing the dispute.
Therefore, a dispute filed with your bank is not the same as a charge-back made by your bank to the company that submitted the charge.
Only the bank can decide to charge-back a transaction.
For this I was banned forever from participating in the forum.
Over the last couple of years the "tone" between members at Casinomeister.com has become worse and unfortunately there appears to be members that are "pet members" of the forum and are allowed to be verbally abusive to other members.
I might also add that I was given no specific reason for being banned or even allowed to respond.
I urge those that want to belong to a online gambling forum to stay away from this website. Especially if you are from the U.S. Latestcasinobonuses.com and casinodeal.com have forums with polite, informative and helpful members and since joing both 6 months ago, I have never observed members being verbally abusive, attacking another member for what they posted or calling other members names.
Both forums have been very helpful and provide much more information regarding online casinos and the U.S. Then Casinomeister.com.
I received nothing in the form of an email explaining my ban. The only reason I have continued to participate in the past year was to stay in touch with the friends I met over the past years and to attempt to help other players, get and provide current information and basically to see what was going on with internet gambling.
There is no money involved in my complaint but the treatment I have received is un-called for and I want others to beware of joining this forum if they truly want help, information on casinos and to engage in civil conversation on current affairs without fear they will be banned.
Appearently since this website is owned by an individual from Gernmany, he hasn't heard of freedom of speech and the right to due process (right to defend oneself from lies and misleading comments).
This is my first report and I would appreciate it if someone would email me if I have not done this correctly.
