Excessivley Charged for two card processing fees when card was used once. London

Purchased two Guns N Roses tickets from a PlantRock pre sale through www.eventim.co.uk.

Paid with my debit card. They charged me TWO card processing fees of 5.85 total of 11.70 for using my card once.

Debit card charges cost the merchant no more that 60p per transaction giving them 11.10 profit for nothing.
