VIDEO UNIVERS I ordered 2 DVDs, the money was taken from my account. I was e-mailed a referebce number with no way to track it and no merchandise has been received. The customer service telephone number just dup Internet

I ordered 2 DVD's from this company on line.

The order was acknowledged with an e-mail and a reference number, but no way to track the number. I called the phone number, it just dumps you into a generic voicemail that does not even identify the company. I feel this company is advertising hard to find merchandise that they do not have and then taking the money, sending a false tracking record, never to be heard fom again. They need to be stopped.
