Bernard B thief theft dishonest Internet

I sold Bernard an electronic sampler online. I sent him the product, and he has yet to pay. It's been months now. I've contacted him personally, and he has just given me excuses. I have mailing confirmation of the delivery of the product to his address. He is a thief. I wouldn't trust him or his business services for anything.
