While looking for tickets for the May Nascar Races in Richmond this past May, I found Great Tcikets online! I contacted them and ordered a pair of VIP Passes that were supposed to entitle
The holder of said passes to among other things "A FULL GOURMET BUFFET DINNER". The pair of passes cost $350.00 with an $18.00 overnight FedEx charge.
I then ordered a pair of race tickets from Great Tickets after Larry the owner had promised her he'd give her the tickets at his cost of $120.00@!
Well whehn I called and tried to order the tickets at $120.00, Steve Larry's son informed me that he only had $145.00 tickets left. This was a lie. Those were the same tickets we were
Supposed to get for $120.00 each! I ordered them and my wife called back and informed Steve that his father had told her the tickets would cost only $120.00@.
Here is where the problems turned bad... Quick! Steve assured my wife that he would issue the credit to our charge card! We waited on Thursday for the tickets. They were supposed to
Arrive by 11:00 A.M.! When they weren't at our house by 2:00 P.M., we called and were told that there had been a screwup and the package containing our tickets ended up in Southern Virginia
Because of a clerical error. It wouldn't be delivered until Friday this causing us to miss one of our planned vacation days
in Richmond!
Steve at Great Tickets gave a half hearted apology, evidently Steve didn't read his fathers company promise about using FedEx!
Steve said that he would issue a credit to our card for half
The delivery cost!
Then came Friday and Saturday at the races / Friday was uneventful as we didn't get any tickets through Great Tickets
For the Bush Race. Saturday was supposed to start out with us parking close to the track in Reserved Parking. Never happened. Great Tcikets cheated us out of the Parking Passes!
When we finally did park and walk 18 minutes in 90 plus degree weather to sit down to our FULL GOURMET BUFFET DINNER, we found said dinner consisted of COLD SOY BURGERS ON DRY ROLLS, A FEW
Types of chips and dip and all the cold drinks we could fish out of tall blue plastic trash cans full of ice! I've gotten better meals at 7-11.
I emailed Larry at Great Tickets informing him of the problems!
Being the cheat he is, he never answered them. Then I left a message at his office.
His limp wristed response was to send me an email telling me that because I was a mean person he didn't care to discuss the issue with me! This isn't an exact quote but pretty much his
Statement! Just to show this lowlife the cost of cheating people on the Internet, I'm filing a lawsuit against him in the Virginia Courts. If he doesn't appear, I get a large Judgement
Against him and his credit is screwed! If he does come to Virginia to fight the suit, I'll file a felony complaint against him and make sure local police know he'll be in court on
A given day! Followed up with complaints with the FBI, FTC, U.S. Postal Service, Visa and Mastercard, he won't know which end is up!
What this bozos online don't know is that they can be banned from ever being able to accept ctheir credit cards if you commit fraudlant activities involving credit cards!
Larry, you and your son lied to both me and my wife repeatedly!
