Have been reserving and collecting tickets through Showbiz Australia for the past three years, and no problems so far. But first time purchasing tickets in Singapore through Showbiz and what a SHOCK. I had at the box office counter! My 'RESERVED' tickets were sold and released to others!
I never had a problem paying through my paypal account through Showbiz Australia, BUT my first time buying through Showbiz Asia is the worst ticket buying experience EVER! Since we had already parked at the venue (pain-stakingly, there were NO parking lots but the venue still let cars in). I had to buy more expensive tickets. Please purchase your tickets directly and NEVER rely on third party booking sites especially Showbiz!
