My story is similar to the others reporting Holidays DVD or Tv DVD Closeouts. They did not deliver the videos my mother ordered. They kept emailing her a tracking number, and no product appeared. WE asked for a refund, and that has not appeared either. There is no address or phone number in the emails; only [email protected] and Kimberly. [email protected] is in the emails. No repsonse to our request for a refund.
