His performance in this years basketball world championships is making that case for him. On a team devoid of the highest paid and most well known stars of the NBA durant just keeps leading his team to wins.
Lebron James and others should take heed and focus their energy on being more like Kevin Durant who leads by example and cares about winning championships at any level rather then excelling at partying and self promotion. He seems to prefer his teammates respecting his game and work ethic.
If Kevin Durant helps lead this team to the championship then one must argue for him being at 21 years old the most important basketball player in the sport.
