Nice9 bedroom home... But renter beware when it comes to the Hatton House. What is funny about this house is we requested a key to the home but were never provided a keyto the house during our stay, which made us feel unsafe and the owners came in and out of the house without knocking.
Also, the owner Wade Hatton has made several court appearances in Coconino Court as shown here:

Wish we had done a search like this before renting the house from a private owner.
