Ripoff fraudulant billing

After my experience, I did some research to find I'm not alone.

The Card Processing Center ripped me off! They never sent a billing statement, then incurred a $35.00 late fee on my account, which they won't remove. The interest has gone up. They are scamming millions, what can we do?

I read about one woman who contacted an attorney but still hasn't made any progress.

Any suggestions? This is so unfair and frustrating!
