Fred Frey Ignores Customer Inquiries

I ordered movies 3 weeks ago. Since then, I have sent 3 e-mails and left 1 voicemail message asking about the status of my order. All of my communication attempts have been ignored. So-called "tracking" information on the website says my order is "waiting to ship." Terrible, terrible service so far.
