Booked tickets in late October to go to the Take That concert in July.
Even spoke to someone on the phone but pattern of scam seems similiar to others reported - promised email confirmation not received, account debited and no reply to phone or emails. Even visited their reported office which is in a rented building - manager of rental company said nobody uses it.
Contacted Police but they say no crime has been committed as tickets could arrive for the concert (bit late!). Trading Standards do not want to know but have reported the matter to a central unit.
Only "light" is a conversation with the credit card company in that they may be able to help nearer the time once I know the tickets haven't arrived
