I have been a member of pogogames.com for several years now. Before my subscription expired in October I deleted my billing information because I didn`t care to be a member any longer. Pogogames.com took the $39.99 out of my account anyway, without my authorization. I decided to go ahead and keep it. Then on Dec. 5th. They notified me saying that my subscriptions was expired. I am unable to play the games that I paid for. I feel that they shouold reimburse me since I didn`t want to be a member any longer and I am just tired of dealing with them. I appreciate your time and effort to resolve this problem. I have tried contacting them, but it is impossible.
