Ripoff! Claimed to give movie rebates for survey, but charged $5.97

I am seeing online that this company, using promotion name, In Touch Movie Rebate Survey, is ripping off people beginning at least one year ago. Mine was 4/30/03 and I see that it is still going on to present. How much longer before these guys are shut down?
