I have been a customer to Sirius for just two years. The development has gotten progressively worse. Therefore poor that I wind up switching Sirius down and turning to free commercial radio!!! HOW BAD IS THE FACT THAT???
The thing is Sirius does not worry about the client. Everytime I contact to request a person satisfaction study they claim "it is on the road" and that I never, actually get one!
I am not likely to restore my membership as it pertains due at the conclusion of the entire year. This really is definately a business that'll just react once the $ disappears!!!
