Blush Boutique Night Club - Las Vegas
Promotions Department They are ripping off promoters!

There are many nightclub promotion companies here in Las Vegas, however this company which is listed through the Wynn Hotel, was the worst.
I am speaking for roughly 8 individuals who have had the same experience:
"I started working regularly, full time. The deal they make with you, is get 15 class A or Class B ladies on the list for $150 a night. They are strict, structred and professional, when you are hired. You believe you are actually working for a company who is legit and honest... It was reported to me by my clients, who verified that they showed that they never asked for their names at the check-in, never checked them off the list. I had over 20 people in a week, confirm this. Their excuse is that, "it slips through the cracks".. Yeah, I wish that were the case for my rent! After 2 weeks of busting my butt daily, pressured to social network on facbook, twitter and myspace, email names by deadline, get a certain amt of groups in by a deadline and receiving only 7-10 people marked off the list in a week (by the way thats a $40 paycheck for working 7 hours a day 5 days a week) I realized this company was a total sham! In addition, when you quit, they threaten to arrest you if you show up on property (which is a total lie that they even can, unless security at the WYNN has placed a formal complaint in their system) and refuse to give you your paycheck when it comes in! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, no MATTER HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS.."
"I worked 5 days a week, 7 hours a day. Guestlisted thousands of people and received a $60.00 paycheck for it all. I noticed that the ladies at the podium that are buddy buddy with the guys in the front who check off the list, just so happen to make their quota a day of 15 people in. This makes my stomach turn. All false promises and no delivery."
"In my opinion, I'll be careful the wording I use here, Steve Wynn Needs to know the scam thats taking place at Blush. Because they are using his name, his property and his reputation to scam promotional professionals. YES, due to the economy. Promotion workers are no longer homeless crackheads that are worthless and idle, looking for an immediate paycheck for a quick fix. These people are hardworking, professional individuals, some even with college degrees and extensive experience in the marketing field, hit hard by the job market in Las Vegas. I do not know who is directly in charge, but not marking off qualified guests that are arriving to the club is just negligent. I have looked at these guest lists and see the results and they are almost too rediculous to believe! At least fake a couple so its not so obvious your screwing people over! There are hundreds that arrive at the club in the evening. I have counted a reported 20 that were guestlisted. Mostly, may I add were under the podium girls names who just so happen to be there at night. The people directly in charge, claim to have fixed the problem, yet still a girl I worked with who was AWESOME at her job, reported 3 days in a ROW 15 girls, she specifically set up, met and walked over to blush and even saved the text messages from them, reporting they were inside (for proof) still never were checked off the list AND 2 of those groups were even offered a COMP TABLE at the DOOR!!! For the rest of us, who cant stay till midnight every night we were totally screwed, just because we didnt have that kind of proof. You have to literally "babysit" their system. I've worked for several companies, none are full proof. But they know that keeping a good promoter on staff means keeping them paid for what they are worth.."
