I called Netflix about twenty minutes ago, and I explained my problem with a dvd, and how it never got shipped to me. The rep was extremely polite, and gained agreement on the issue. It was quick and easy, and all I had to do was type in a service code and they knew who I was! I was kind of skeptical about starting Netflix but after calling phone support, they have me as a customer! I am happy!
