Hard Fitness & Muscle Tease Put my pictures on a paid website including my full name, location and job

I submitted myself to a casting call.
The photos were said to be used for his personal portfolio
Signed a general release stated he could use the photos.
He sold them to, www.muscletease.com, a paid website
including my full name, NOT model name, location, age, and job.
I confronted him after my mother saw the photos and their response was, have you're lawyer call me.
(In addition after the shoot I realized there was a video camera on the whole time, recording me changing) I have been unable to find the video online but refuse to pay to see myself.
