Back in 2008 or I ordered a box set of DVDs for about 80 dollars from this company. They never shipped it to me, I waited months, and then when I attempted to call the customer service line, all I got was ringing over and over again and I could never get a person when I called. I tried for months and months. While this was going on I was moving out my apartment and then out of state. I just found the email address in my forward contacts, the [email protected] and tried to find the order confirmation but it had disappeared. I never got my dvds and I never got my money back and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am not happy with this company. What can you do for me??
