Many Primary TV sales agents guaranteed we'd get the $21 refund. Direct TV is just providing us a $10 refund. Direct TV customer support team promises that since our rebate was posted while we'd the Spanish bundle, and posted by email, and never on the internet, we just obtain the $10 refund. But Strong TV never really mounted the Spanish bundle, we never had all of the stations, as well as their sales agents repeatedly assured there is no distinction which we'd obtain the refund. The client support team in the highest-level state they've no capacity to correc the problem. I've recorded two immediate Television customer support people contradicting themselves.
