What a deal dvd sent dvds that you can't even watch guangzhou

I ordered 5 series of old tv shows from these people as Christmas presents when I received them you couldn't even see them to watch the shows when I asked if I could send them back I got the story of how they aren't on dvds yet so they aren't good quality and they would give a part refund. Eg
