I ordered a series of DVD's (Love Boat) from this company, my check has cleared and I was sent via Email that the DVD's had been shipped. We have not received the DVD's and this has been two months

I purchased a DVD set of Love Boat from this company about two months ago and with crediy card. The money has cleared our bank and we were sent notifacation that the DVD set had been shipped. We have not received the DVD's, or heard from the company.
