My girlfriend wanted to cancel her trial membership and kept trying to access the website to do so at no charge. Phone cancelations cost an additional $15. The web address given by the customer service rep could not be accessed as given.
After accidentally going into my computer's user accounts, I noticed that there was an account listed that I did not set up named ASP.net. After I deleted that account, I was able to access the cancelation website, but ONLY after typing ALL of the characters in as lower case (i.E. Www.entertainmentwork.com/terminate_trial_membership.Asp)
Unfortunately, they require some obscure RMA number from a letter she got over a year ago and now we will STILL have to pay $15 to cancel by phone.
