After contacting an ad in a local paper for MOVIE EXTRAS, for my daughter, I agreed to pay the 14 day trial amount. When we registered on the web site that was given to us: www.entertainmentwork.com, we were unable to even load my daughters profile or information.
We attempted to call the member services number that we were given, and it responded that they had Monday through Friday business hours, and if there was no answer during those times that everyone was in a meeting and they would return your call.
Needless to say, there was no return phone call!!! Now, I went on line today, and their site has been removed!!! How can I be charged for something that doesn't even exist?
I went a step further, I contacted GoDaddy.com. They were very nice, I reported my problem, because they are the domain for www.entertainmentwork.com. They told me to let all of you know, if you have a complaint about this site to contact them at; [email protected].
You should still try to get your money back, but Godaddy says, that they take this kind of thing seriously. I plan to file a complaint with my credit card company also.
