I can only speak for my self when I say that I had a very upsetting conversation with one of the MANAGERS @ this co. He informed me that he would not refund my money back too me even though it had only been 19 days past the first time i went on there site not 30 days, just 19! Know let me go back a little bit on oct 8th I WENTto hollywood profiles.com web page to view any casting they may have posted about citys in the midwest, dates times. Ect. It seem to be a nice site with some casting calls for acouple of big shows and stage plays, but i never got the chance to go back on there site because my company and I went on a small 12 city tour in the midwest. Now when you go on to hollywoodprofiles site you have to give them a card number any credit card number in oder to view any of the castings. This does not mean that you are a member or are obligated to make any form of payment to hollywood profiles.com. The card info is needed to view the casting info on there page only. Because they state that when you become a member you will get a membership card.
I never asked to be a member nor did i agree for this company to take payments off my card. I thought well sense they only took funds off my card one time that I could just call them and let them know that they made a mistake, and that i never agreed to have any form of payment taken off my card. But when i tryed to call this company it was like call the president! Every number i called just rang and rang! With know answer at all i finally called one number that i had tryed like five times before and got a computer. They try to make it very hard to reach them so that they wont have to deal with any issues like mine. Finally when some one picked up i asked for a floor manager. The agent told me that she could help me and i said no thank you I want your manager, you cant help me with this issue, a dn as she said hold on and went to place me on hold, she said i'm tierd of dealing with these damn people. I was like wow! I know she did'nt say that about me! And after two minutes the floor manager came to the line and asked how could he help? I told him what the issue was and that i never authorized payment of any form to be taken off my card, and I would like him to please place the funds back on the card. He then said well that ant going to happen! I said why not he said because we dont give customers refunds and I SAID GOOD CAUSE I'M NOT A CUSTOMER. And i want my money back I never gave any one permission to deduct any cash from my card ever! And then for your company to do it 19 days later at 3:00 am in the morning, what kind of company does business transactions at that time of morning, it seem to me that you were hoping that I would not notice it being gone and would never say anythin about it. But I am and i want my money back. Then we said to me well sir let me see what i can do, well I can give you a free month of service!
I then told him that if i did'nt even use one day of your services what makes you think that i want a free month? He just offered me a free month because he new that hollywood profiles was in the rong. Well the manager did not give me my money back and even told me i dont have too deal with them and they want have to deal with me anymore so every ones happy! I said what ever and hung the phone up. The company did cancel my service but would not give me my mony back, and was very very rude in deed. I must say! I will never use this company every again and i hope you dont get taken by them ether. "do not put your trust in this company"
