I returned a movie to them and they never sent my money back to me. They claimed to have sent it but it has been months now and I haven't seen it yet. That $29.95 wasn't just a membership fee but a monthly fee as well. They did cancel my membership but not after taking a second membership fee out and not returning my money for the movie I returned. Smart Savings Service had charges too. Look out for both of them. No saves or good deals here for me.
