Unfortunately, I was a victim of Mr. Lester. He took a deposit for my daughters 2nd birthday which he never returned. He assured me it would be returned in 10 days but after almost a month and a half I have seen nothing. I have sent e-mails and left voice messages with no avail. I feel taken advantage of when he portrayed himself to be so successful and booked like crazy. After reading another complaint claiming similar issues of dishonesty I decided to state my case as well. I tried to hire a clown for my daughters birthday as a surprise. And I felt I did all the research only to be conned. Bunkerdoodle the clown website is very professional and he speaks very intelligently but he ignores your phone calls and e-mails if he owes you money. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court because I do not know what to do at this point. I will not let him take money from my child and it is really the principal of the situation. How dare someone in these hard economic times think is is okay to steal money and do nothing to earn it! At the end of the day we had to hire another clown from craigslist who was professional and was paid for services rendered. My daughter had a wonderful day despite Mr. Lesters actions. At this point I just want my money back and I want to forget ever speaking or looking at his website. GxxxxlCxxxxs is a great company and saved the day at the last minute with a funny interactive clown and because they felt bad about the situation brought free cotton candy and 2 characters in addition to the clown!
