Does not provide the service i paid fo

I paid for a Bot, to run while i am away from my computer to play a game called Mobsters, it is a Myspace Application. The seller will not activate this program for me, even tho i have sent many many many emails to him. I get back nothing in return! They will not contact me, and they will not activate the program so that it will work!
