They took payment but wouldn't allow me to fully activate my account, preventing me from using it

I paid them $46 for te executive service, but when it came time to activate the account they screwed me.

They required me to click two emails, one sent to two addresses I gave them.

But they only sent an activation email to one account. As they haven't sent one to the other account I cannot fully activate service!
