I found this company on the internet! Looked at several companys and pick them not for the price actually, I like the guy I spoke to on the phone His name was Dave. Booked the event, Paid in FULL up front. The event was Feb 21. To date I have made over 10 calls to this company wanting to know were my vidoe is of this event I paid for. Every time I call they tell me the vidoe has been sent out already.
I started calling back in March. March 21 to be exact. 4 weeks after the event. Jermey is the guy I spoke to that told me that the vidoe were being sent out the next week. Guess what that next Thursday came and went. NO vidoe!!! Called AGAIN I was told that the vidoe were at their Editors and that they were being sent out the next week. Well guess what NO vidoes the next week.
I called again on April 1st and again spoke with Jermey and he told me he left a message with Sharon his vidoe editor and she had finished the editing of my party and they were being sent out the next week. Guess what it is now May 4th and I still do not have my vidoes. Have spoken to Jermey and Sharon again today and she had to take all my mailng information down again so she could send me the finished Product. This Story with out a doudt will be continoued, I am sure your all wanting to know if I get my vidoes or not.

They take your money they don't care what kind of service they give you and really don't care if they have ruined your event. You trust that this special event will be captured in vidoe and they ruin it for you. They go by serveral names on the internet " Sensory Sound Systems" & " Solid Gold" Be Ware!!! They take your money and there is were it ends!!!
