I ordered from them almost 2 months ago to the day. I received emails periodically saying the order is going to be here and yadda yadda ya. I received a partial order. 1 boxed set of movies I wanted. Now I was waiting for the other 2 parts of my order. Today (one week from the last day to cancel) They offer me a coupon for future purchases, and tell me my order is unavailable. I looked online and found no fewer than 100 posts indicating similar circumstances.
The racket seems to run like this.
1) Order your product.
2) Receive confirmation Email.
3) Receive partial order.
4) After almost 60 days receive a notice that you are going to be given a coupon. This way they still have your money. And only had to fulfill partial service.
To add to all this they have a new promotion. It is based on their bad customer service record. Just check out the website within the next few days to see. They claim they fired their horrid customer service representative, and now are running a new sale to correct the problem. Its seems more and more like a ponzi scheme in that they dont have the items to ship. They wait for you to make your purchase at a discounted rate. Then they delay and hold off on all other orders until they can make money by buying a few products at full price. Then when they send you a bone, it feels legit, but they don't have the revenue to maintain constant service at the rates posted.
