I sent a recently and named Ritter today and that I still have not gotten any solutions! The woman in the office stated it'll be a couple of days before they are able to escape below to connect my wire back-up. We've been a person of Blytheville wire for that previous 16 years in the same handle and also have never had any issues until Ritter got around. Anytime we'd an issue with this wire before Ritter got over somebody could be out exactly the same evening, today I understand they've had lots of additional function because the snow storm but I simply do not believe it will consider this lengthy to obtain anything done. I've an 82-year old mom and he or she truly likes watching Television. Therefore please if you're able to do something to obtain our wire back on I am hoping you'll get it done.
