I paid 6 swiss francs to purchase a yocash for a game in yoville w/c was charged to my fon through zong, they've charged but did not get the yocash

Dear ripoff;

I have been playing with this game in facebook called yoville and we are required to purchase items by using yocash only if we buy these coins with real money. And so i paid 6 swiss francs and charged it to my celfon through ZONG its a company or an advertiser in yoville game where i could buy the yocsh items through real money but did not get it and waited for the whole day today since it happened today feb. 9 and instead they sent me a standard email and that they say they wil charge 3 swiss francs to ask help andretrieve my money via hot line but to no avail. Ergo they just take my money...
