On 11-27-02 I sent a cashiers check for $4038.00 for 500 video games and on 12-02-02 I sent a cashiers check for $3499 for 500 dvds. These lots were advertised on ebay auction.
When my orders failed to arrive, I called and emailed numerous times and no one would communicate with me concerning these orders.
I finally was able to get Larry Lazar to communicate with me by email and he promised delivery numerous times but to no avail. I have received 300 dvds, the last delivery of 100 dvds was 1-27-03.
These crooks at North American Video owe me $5437.00 for undelivered merchandise, and they continue to do auctions on ebay advertising and selling product that they won't deliver to me.
