Partners of Cleveland is expanding! Also known as North Star design, it has moved to Austin and is now going by Lone Star design. Ads are being placed in papers and on Craigslist and read something like this:

We specialize in local photography, some of the more famous masters like Picasso and Ansel Adams and we publish, frame and wholesale them throughout the United States and Canada. We are currently looking to fill several positions ranging from Secretary to Management to Distribution and Warehouse work. All of our positions are paid training.

When you come in for a first interview, you fill out an application (which they don't even read). They are not hiring ANY position except "manager, " which their manager tells you is "a term that differs from company to company." In reality you're a door-to-door salesperson. You are then invited back for a second interview, an all-day shadow where they show you that it is door-to-door art sales, WITHOUT permit (or paying taxes).
