Rialto bistro— bad! Roach control come quick!
I have went to a few movies there and almost every time had a really bad experience. I went with my sister and her children to see Kung Fu Panda. My sister easily spent $100 for the tickets, food and drinks that day. She had just ordered a brownie there for an over rated price when the manager came to our area and told her that her hanicapped child was being to loud.in the mean time he was piling her plates up as if he was taking them. She gave him a confused look because she had just been given the brownie and he asks her if oh were you not done with that? So she replied... I guess I am now. Then he walks off with not so much as a sorry. To much money for the attitude.

Another time I was dropping my son and his girlfriend off at the theater and was told that you had to be 18 unless you have a parent with you because the alcohol sold there. I understand but if this is the case why do they not post this? I mentioned this to the same manager that had the attitude with my sis and he said its posted on the web...? I asked him about the sign at the theater itself that says to see an "R" rated movie you must be 18 or have a parent with you and he stated he doesnt know why this is posted. Very annoying... Why not just card for drinks?

The third and last issue I have so far is much worse to me then any of them: I went to see The Happening about 3 weeks ago. The movie had been running about 20 minutes. All of a sudden on the screen what does everyone see? 3 HUGE roaches... Flying roaches at that. I cant speak for everyone else in the theater but I am very freaked out by roaches... Especially flying ones. Next thing you know they are flying towards the audience. People were screaming, a few people grabbed the menu's and started swinging at them. It was nasty! I have no clue where they went but needless to say it was an uncomfortable rest of the movie because all I could think about was these roaches. I understand that we are in texas and it is dark in the theater but PEST CONTROL is out there, and I think we pay way to much to see a movie to have to deal with that. Besides that how many roaches are in the food? GROSS! Nice? I don't think so. As long as I have been going to the movies I have never had to deal with that before. Pest control please ASAP!
