We live in the UK and decided to have a destination wedding in Florida. We chose Orlando Weddings to help us with our wedding package. We chose the 13th August as the day means something really special to the both of us. We paid Orlando Weddings a deposit in October to secure the booking and vendors and then decided to pay the remaining balance in March. We didn't need to pay for our Wedding till July, but thought if we paid early then all the vendors would be paid and it was one less thing to worry about... So we thought. We have recently found out that the Orlando Weddings will cease trading before our Wedding. Our file has been given to another company... But no money has been transfered with it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB (the Better Business Bureau).
I just don't know how someone can do this to people when a Wedding is supposed to be the happiest day of your life!
