I was offered a trial of this companies so called services for around eleven dollars. After they took this initial payment out of my bank account, they proceeded to take fifty more dollars that they were not authorized to take. Now they won't answer phone calls. I was sucessfull in contacting one representative and was told that their system was down. This agent told me to call back the next day. None of my attempts to reach anyone since then have been in vain.
