Hollywood Profiles
I was ripped off of about 50 bucks from these scam artists

In the month of June I received an unsolicited email from Hollywood Profiles about making extra money in the acting/modeling fields. On June 18th I went to the site and carefully read the information of requirements. If I wanted to create a profile, including a resume, then I could do so for just $1.95. They also let me know that this offer is only for a short period of time (a day or two from the date you're on the site), so I need to accept it before it the price return back to the normal fee.

This was very interesting to because I'm a college student and could use some extra cash. For the fee of $1.95, I would have access to offers/opening for casting calls and auditions to anywhere in the world, but particular to areas closest to my resident state. Also, these casting agents can write me as well if they're interested.

I understood that the $1.95 charge was a promotional one-time fee and no other charges are necessary unless I wanted to move from the basic status.
I believe that there was a premium and gold status offered, but I declined. So I allowed them to withdraw $1.95 from my checking account and they did so on June 18th.

On June 30th, Hollywood Profiles withdrew $49.99 from my checking account without my permission. There was nothing on the site stating that I would be charged this amount or any more monies from this time on.

This is definitely a scam. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back from the bank.
