I won twice by picking the 5 white balls on 2 different game plays and they never paid

I won twice playing the powerball lottery by chooseing 5 white balls 2 times on 2 different plays and i even got the dates and the numbers but they never replied or gave me any payment this is second prize for 200hundred thousand dollars 2 times and they never paid me or got back to me. Also no phone # to call and they are still taken money out after i canceled my subscription. Please some thing needs to be done about this.
