Several times I have returned to the airport Erwin Peral retail store with my necklace to try to get it repaired. The magnet closure no longer works. I even said that I would pay for the repair. Bringing it to a sore in N.Y. Is of no use, as it wasn't purchased there. The salesperson was not able to give me the company address, and no local jeweler would repair it either. I bought the necklace 6-29-08 in the concourse ER-1 with VISA for $117.20
