I ordered 2 Tickets to the Martinsville, VA NASCAR race as a X-Mas Gift for my Father and Brother-in-Law back on Nov. 27. They charged my credit card that day for $295. They gave me a call on Mar 1 (the race was on Mar 30), saying that the tickets should arrive the week of the race. I waited until Mar 25 before calling and asking where my tickets where. I was told that they cancelled my order on Mar 17 due to not being able to come up with the tickets I bought. They stated that they sent me an email, which I never got, saying they were cancelling. I finally got in touch with a live person there, and asked for a refund. The lady told me fine, and that it would take up to 30 days to process by my bank. I waited 31 days and checked my bank statement, and to my surprise, no refund. I have since left 5 messages, as you can not get a live person most of the time. I finally talked to a person named Andrew on Thursday Apr 24 at 1:30PM - 2PM EST and he told me they had a computer error, and that is why the refund was not processed yet. He promised me that it would be taken care of that afternoon, or by Friday at the latest. I asked that a confirmation number be sent to me via email. I waited until Today (Tuesday Apr 30) and have now again been promised that it would be handled today.
I have contacted the BBB in Las Vegas and filed a formal complaint, as well as sending in a complaint to my bank.
