I orded US Open tickets for my parents as a Christmas gift on December 14th. On June 23rd 2008 I received a call stating that my tickets were no longer available.
I called and spoke with a man named Taylor on June 26th and he informed me I would receive a full refund ($519) within 7 to 30 days - I just had to go to their website and cancel/request a refund on my order. I called on July 31st, August 7th, August 12th, and August 25th and left messages each time.
No one has called me back and because they waited so long to tell me the tickets weren't available my bank cannot dispute the transaction. Next step is legal action!!! Do not order from them!
