The same has occurred in my experience. Sadly used to do not observe this site before I requested a Holiday present for my spouse. I paid-for TV-series dvd collection with no product, telephone is disconnected with no responses to my emails. I'm calling the Federal Trade Commission and my Charge Card Company concerning this.
