I have just been ripped off by Ticketsmyway.com.
I bought 2 tickets to the Feb 16 My Fair Lady in Boston production in Boston on dec 5. I paid $465 which was promptly accepted.in late January I recieved a voice mail confirmation that my very expensive tickets would be shipped in late Jan or early Feb. A week before the event I have no tickets. I check the status on their website to find out that they are refunding my money and my order is cancelled.
I call their toll free number, wait on hold for 30 minutes and get put to voice mail. I leave a voice mail that is not returned. Repeat the process a couple of times.
Why didn't I get the tickets? It is a HOT show and the prime seats that I bought in good faith 2 months ago are now selling for a lot more. They absoulutely cheated me.
