I ordered 2 tickets from Ticketsmyway.com in Feb 29. My credit card was charged on the same day. According to the agreement, they stated the tickets would be shipped on April 7. April 7 has well passed and I have never received the tickets. After I went on-line to do some research about this company, I found out that they got 21 complaints on usacomplaints.com and more than 20 complaints on pissedoffconsumers.com. I got very nervous about my tickets. I have been contacting them every day since then. I called their customer service several times. Every time I call, they put me on hold at least 30 minutes, then the phone call either goes to voice mail or automatically disconnects. They never returned my call. I tried to send them email, but the email got bounced back. This company has not been doing fair business practice. I am just another victim of their game.
Finally, I got a hold of someone on their website chat. Whoever I chatted with told me that my tickets are no longer available and they are NOT ticket stockers, but a 3rd party broker. What does that mean? I purchase my tickets, they charge right away, I wait for the tickets for a couple months not looking for other tickets, I reserve a hotel room and now I have to cancel my plans and pay a penalty for canceling the reservation. Does that seem fair especially since my credit card was charged? I saw multiple reports that clients have been having a difficult time getting their refunds. On top of that, if I cancel the tickets from ticketsmyway, I have to pay 45% cancellation fee. How about they pay us a fee for all the troubles and heartaches they put us through? Don't buy tickets from ticketsmyway.com!!
