Same problem as everyone else. I used to receive plenty of DVDs, but have only gotten 3 DVDs in the last 3 months and I have a 3 DVD out plan. I've written to customer service about a dozen times and got a bunch of BS responses. They actually copy and paste from their help section in they're replies. These thieves need to be sued. I'm definitely going to check out usacomplaints.com as suggested. Class action coming your way Intellicrap. It's pretty bad when you find out what's really going on by reading movie reviews. The worst part is that Intellicrap is still taking memberships from people who have no idea they are going to be scammed. At least I got decent serice for a little over a year. If anyone has any suggestions about what we can do about this, please let your suggestions be known. Also, anyone who sees this should direct people to this review thread by reviewing the most popular movies and letting people know the real deal since they will definitely not find out from Intellicrap.
