Intelliflix is a very poorly run company!!! Stay away!!!
I can live with the movies that have been sitting at the top of my queue since I joined the subscription, but I am upset that I have to replace or pay $25.00 a piece for the three movies that have been lost in the mail!!! I personally think that they were lost in the process of them handling them once they were received back at their store. Reason I feel this way is that I have requested from Intelliflix the return address of the lost movies so I can launch my own investigation with the United States Postal Service in the location of these lost movies.intelliflix does not want to give me this information. I can only think of one reason why, fear of getting caught. Personally I feel since I have to pay for the movies I have every right to this information and should be able obtain this information to find out were the movies have been lost? I have been corresponding with the company since October of this year trying to get the address of the lost movies and they are very reluctant to give me this information. The last e-mail I got from them basically told me to purchase replacement movies and send them in so we could move on. Do not want to do this out of principal. I will be contacting the postal inspector to find out if there is anything that I can do and I will keep you all up to date on my progress. If I get nowhere with the postal inspector I will be contacting the BBB and launching a complaint. You may want to launch your own investigation on their location of your lost movies. The more people who request this information the more likely they will have to give in. One last thing, I have been sending back my movies as Certified Mail. I know this cost more money, but they have not lost one yet, cheaper than $25.00.
PS. If there is going to be a class action suit against this company I am in, as long as the cost of the suit does not suck up my life savings.
I will be canceling my subscription this up coming week.
