Dear sovereign bank manager,
i would like to let you know that i am writing from overseas (egypt), since june 1st 2007 i am sitting next to my mom while she is having kidney transplantation operation, and it was a surprise for me that my bank account number was stolen while i am here in egypt and was used to get some merchandise (from dish net work) which i have never made, just to let you know i had no enough money on the account (its just a visa check card), there is no money to cover (its not a credit card).
According to that, my account was charged off and closed by sovereign bank, while i am still here in egypt.
Dear sir, i am quite sure that my sovereign bank is very safe and would take good care of my business while i am overseas, would you please investigate that and do whatever steps to stop that fraud and to take care of my sovereign bank account until i finish what i am doing here and come back to ny, i am just wondering how come the bank authorize the payment while there is no money on the checking account and without making sure that is the right person is using the card,
